* Purchase Order Forms: Customize your PO’s with your logo, layout,
and fonts to make them look as simple or complex as you want.

* Exporting Quotes: If you use QuickBooks or Peachtree for
accounting, you can export your quotes. Account names, addresses,
salespeople, and line items will move over without retyping.

3. JOBTRACKER V2.4

We released JobTracker v2.4 on 6/23/08. The highlights of the new
features include:
– External users have limited access to jobs and calendar.
– Inactivating custom fields, form fields, and values.
– Add filters to Accounts page
– Options and views on Suppliers page
– Make a price list inactive on an account
– Configure inventory labels
– Configure Job Material field on forms
If you’re not current on maintenance, you’re missing out.

7. FIREFOX ALERT
————————————————————————
* Old versions of Moraware JobTracker may not work in the newest
versions of Firefox. If you have a version of Moraware older than
2.4, you can use Internet Explorer, or contact us to upgrade. Here
are the problems we’ve found:
1. Firefox 2, version 2.0.0.15 or newer – printable forms, quotes,
and PO’s longer than one page don’t print correctly.
2. Firefox 3 – “Cancel” buttons don’t work, and certain
combinations of form headers and logos don’t print correctly.
3. dragdropupload – if you’re using this Firefox extension to
attach multiple files, install v1.6.8
