Shop Users: (Standard and Enterprise Edition)
– Shop Users make it easy to update shop activities and provide the shop manager with real-time status. A shop user has a simplified interface that allows them to click start when they begin the activity and stop when the activity is complete. Standard and Enterprise edition customers can add unlimited shop users.
Job:
– "End Now" shortcut when editing a job activity. When clicked, calculates the duration based on the scheduled start time.
– Select 1 minute time and duration increments
User Interface:
– All pop-up windows are replaced with dialog boxes for better interface with touch screens
Process: (Enterprise Edition only)
– Allow template to be selected when converting from one process to another (i.e. Convert Lead to Job and select Standard Job Template)
Quotes: (Enterprise Edition only)
– When adding a product line to a quote, you can type the product name, select from the drop-down list sorted in product order, or use the select button to sort products
Allocated Material: (Enterprise Edition only)
– When allocating a product to a job, you can type the product name, select from the drop-down list sorted in product order, or use the select button to sort products
