Quote templates are created the same way as the other quote types. They can be used to create a "fill in the blank" type form that makes it easy for anyone in your office to create a quote. For example, you could create a template with all the products and text lines usually included on your granite quotes. Then, by using this template as the starting point you can create granite quotes very quickly just by entering the measurements and choosing options.
- Create a Quote using "template" for the Quote Type.
- Create new quotes using the template by selecting it as the starting point.
- Edit the quote lines as needed to enter the measurements, colors and options and you're done.
