Displaying Square Footage Totals on the Calendar

By using the Subtotal feature when creating a view of the calendar, you can display the daily total of any numerical job custom field or form field. The example below shows square feet but you can use the same process for any numerical job custom field or form field.

1. Add a job custom field or job form field named Square Feet, selecting "Number" for the data type.
2. On the Job Detail page enter values in the new Square Feet field for each of the jobs you are scheduling.
3. Go to Calendar > View Calendar
4. Click on Options...
5. Click on Select... to the right of the Subtotals field, choose the job activities to sum Square Feet and then click OK.
6. Click OK again to return to the Calendar page.
7. (Optional) To save the view, click on Save View... and enter a name.
8. (Optional) To show the Square Feet on each activity on the calendar:
   1. On the Calendar page click on Options....
   2. Click on Select Fields... and select the Square Feet field. Drag and drop the fields to change the order and then click OK.
   3. Click on Save View... and enter a name.
