Perhaps you have several condos with the same specifications. Create one job that has all the information you need, then use the Duplicate feature to create a new job for each condo.
- On the Job or Job Detail page, click on the Job Name and select Duplicate...
- Change the Job Name or Account if desired
- Deselect any sections you don't want to duplicate on your new job
- Review the values in job fields. (Between the fields for Salesperson and Notes you will see any job custom fields in your database. In this example Region is a job custom field.)
 | Additional Info: The values for job custom fields with a data type of "auto-number" are not duplicated. When the new job is added the next sequential number will be assigned to the field. |
