Example Views on Quote Page

You can customize the Quotes page by creating views. Each user can create their own views to see the quotes and accounts they care about.

Example 1. Only show quotes not associated with jobs

1. Go to Quote > View Quotes and click on
2. Click on
3. Choose Quote Fields: Quote has job
4. Select No and then Click OK to return to Quotes page.
   
5. To save the view you created, click on and type in a name
   

Example 2. Only show quotes for specific salesperson

1. Go to Quote > View Quotes and click on
2. Click on to the right of Salesperson and select the desired salesperson and click OK.
3. Click OK to return to Quotes page.
4. To save the view you created, click on and type in a name
