Example Views on the Calendar Page

You can customize the Calendar page by creating views. Each user can create their own views to see the information they care about in the format that works best for them.

  1. Calendar in the conventional monthly format
  2. Calendar by assignees

Example 1. Calendar in the conventional monthly format

  1. Go to Calendar > View Calendar and click on
  2. Number of Days: Select 30
  3. Display Type: Select Week by Weekday
  4. Color Activities By: Select Activity Type or Assignee (If you have added custom fields or form fields that contains a list of values that have been color coded, those fields will also be available for selection.)
  5. Click on and click on any fields you wish to display on the Calendar and then click OK (Example: To display the City, click on Job Address and then click on City)
  6. Click OK to display the calendar as specified in the options.
  7. To save the view you just created, click on and type in a name.

Example 2. Calendar by assignees

  1. Go to Calendar > View Calendar and click on
  2. Click on to the right of the Assigned To: field and select the name of the Assignee(s) to include in this View.
  3. Number of Days: Select 30
  4. Display Type: Day by Assignee
  5. Color Activities By: Select Activity Type or Assignee (If you have added custom fields or form fields that contains a list of values that have been color coded, those fields will also be available for selection.)
  6. Click on and click on any fields you wish to display on the Calendar and then click OK
  7. Click OK to display the calendar as you specified in the options.
  8. To save the view you just created, click on and type in a name.
