If a product is discontinued, you can make it inactive. This will make the product inactive on all price lists, and it won't be available on any new quotes. If just a specific color or model number is discontinued, you can make product attribute values inactive.
- Go to Quote > Edit Sell Products
- In the Product column, click on the name of the product
- Select Edit Product 'product name' and select the "Inactive" checkbox.
- (Optional) To hide inactive products on the Edit Sell Products page, click
near the top of the page and deselect "Display Inactive".
