Only Standard and Enterprise edition customers current on maintenance receive the mapping service. This is not part of the software, but is a service accessible from JobTracker. There may be an additional fee for this service in the future.
The mapping service shows the location of all activities for the day on a single map.
- Go to Calendar > View Calendar
- Click on the date and select Map Activities for 'date' (The first time you may need to allow pop-ups for this site.)
- Confirm each address by clicking "Confirm this location"
- When you have confirmed all addresses, click the "Save and map confirmed coordinates" button.
- You zoom and pan using the controls on the left and view the details for individual activities by clicking on the colored pins.
