Quote Revisions

Create quote revisions to track changes to a quote.

1. On the Quote Detail page click on (located under the yellow area in the revision section) and type in a description such as "original quote"
2. Click on the Edit Quote button (located under the yellow area in the revision section) and type your reason for editing such as "changing edge selections" and click OK
3. This creates a copy of the original quote for you to edit while keeping the original quote unchanged.

To view previous revisions, click on the revision number.

To go back to a previous version and make changes:

1. Freeze the current revision.
2. Click on the revision number you want to view.
