Searching for Items in Inventory

This article describes how to find an item in inventory either by serial number or product variant.

Search by Serial Number

1. Go to Inventory > Search...
2. Type in part of the serial number or the entire number and then click OK.

Search by Product Variant

1. Go to Inventory > Search...
2. Type in any portion of the product variant and then click OK.
