System settings apply to all users.
To change these settings:
- Go to Admin > System Settings
- Click on

- Time Zone: used for time stamps generated by the system
- Compress Web Pages: select for faster response over slow internet connections
- Automatically Check for Updates: select to receive notification when updates are available
