Access Denied Error when Attaching Files or Deleting Attached Files

Reset the permissions on the Moraware Data Folder. Here's how:

  1. On the server where Moraware JobTracker is installed, go to Start > All Programs > Moraware JobTracker > Moraware JobTracker Configuration
  2. In the Data Folder section, click on the Reset Permissions button

This can be done while people are using the system.
