If you have not fully paid for Moraware JobTracker the license key contains an expiration date. Fourteen days prior to expiration you will begin receiving warning messages that your license key is about to expire. Once Moraware receives payment, you will receive a new license key. If your account is past due your license key will expire and you will no longer be able to add new data or update existing data.
- Go to Admin > Update License.
- Copy and paste the new license key given to you by Moraware via email and click OK.
If you receive an error:
- Verify the entire key was copied. It should start with "<License id" and end with "</License>"
- If the license key was copied into MS Word or WordPad before it was pasted into Moraware JobTracker the key may not be valid. Use Notepad instead if necessary.
