We would like to email updates to our Account customers. My first thought is to create a mail merge using an Excel file with an exported view of Jobs. I have been trying to have the email address field from Account Address display in that view. I have not found a way. Is it possible?

On Reports, the Account Address is located in the Account section under Address. You are correct that account address is not a selection on Job Views.
