Most of our customers are homeowners who come into our showroom for a residential remodel. How should we set up accounts?
Answer
You can either create an account for each homeowner, or create a single account for all of your walk-in customers called Walk-In and create each job under that account. If you work with builders, dealers, and contractors, you will want a single account for each of those kinds of customers.
