When should I use an activity set?
Answer
Activity sets are used as a shortcut for adding multiple activities to an existing job.
For example, a job was created for a granite kitchen and now the customer wants a cultured marble bathroom too. Use an activity set to add all the cultured marble activities to the job in one step, rather than adding each activity individually.
