Add edge profile pictures to job forms

How do you associate an image with the values in a list of values field to show a picture of the selected edge profile on your work order form?

Answer

1. On the form template, edit the field and select the checkbox for Attach an image to each value
2. Edit the list of values and attach an image to each value
3. Edit the field to select where the image should be placed on the form, relative to the text
