I want to change a text field that's a list of colors to a drop-down list. How do I do that?
Answer
You'll need to edit the field to change the data type. Depending on what kind of field it is, you may need to go to different places. For example, if it's a job custom field, you'll go to Job -> Edit Settings -> Custom Fields
After you choose to edit a custom field, you can choose a new data type. From the choices, you can choose List of Values
