How can I change the tax rate on all my accounts?
Answer
You can change the tax rate at the price list level.
Go to Quote > Edit Prices Click on the Edit Price Lists button Double-click on the price list and enter the Default Tax % Select the checkbox to Update all accounts with the tax rate now
The new tax rate will be reflected on new quotes. The tax rate on existing quotes will need to be updated individually if necessary.
