Changing the order of a list of colors on a form

Question

I have a Fabrication Form on every job with a list of stone colors. How do I re-order the list?

Answer

1. Under the Job menu, choose Edit Settings
2. On the left side of the Job Settings page, go to the Forms section
3. Click on the name of the form (Fabrication Form, for example) and choose Edit Form ‘...
4. Click on the field you want to change (Stone, List of Values) and choose Edit List of Values
5. Click on any color on the list and choose Re-order List of Values
6. Click on the color you want to move, and drag it to where you want it to go. If you have a very long list, you can use the up/down arrows on your keyboard to move around the list while you drag.
