When editing a Job Form Template, what's the "Create in entire job phase" checkbox do?

This setting only comes into play if you are using job phases.
By default when you create a new job, a form would be assigned to phase (none). If you select the “Create in entire job phase" checkbox the form would default to phase (entire job) when a phase is added to the job.
