Creating a single price group

All my Cambria colors are the same price. What is the best way to handle that?

Answer

Create a Price Group and add all the colors to the group from the Edit Prices page:

1. Go to the Quote menu, and choose Edit Prices
2. Use the Options... button to only look at the product and price list you're working on
3. In the Price Group column, click on an empty space and select Edit Price Groups...
4. On the Edit Price Groups page, click on the Move Product Variants to Price Group... button
5. Type in a name for the new price group
6. Select the option to Move ALL product variants and click OK.
7. Click on the Edit Prices button near the top of the page
8. Click in the price column and enter the price
