Why sometimes when we create a new customer all activities are multiplied (example: call the customer, call the customer, call the customer).
Answer
My guess is that you have a few different job templates, and one of them includes activity sets and activity types that include multiple copies of the activities.
How to check:
- Go to the Job->Edit Settings page, and go to the Templates section.
- If a job template includes Activity Types + one or more Activity Sets, you may be getting more than one copy of an activity.
- To see which Activities are in a set, go to the Activity Sets section, and check that the same activities aren’t in more than one set that you’re adding to the new job.
