How do we get rid of assignees who no longer work for us – we have removed them from the user list, but they appear in the assignee list in activities.?
Answer
You either can inactivate or delete assignees. If you want to keep the history of what those assignees did in the past, I’d recommend just inactivating them. Here’s how:
- Go Job->Edit Assignees
- Click on the name of an assignee, and choose Edit Assignee…
- Check the box for inactive, then click OK.
If for some reason you want to completely remove everything about the Assignee:
- Go Job->Edit Assignees
- Click on the name of an assignee, and choose Delete
