Getting logged out when using my Blackberry

Question

Basically, after every time I click on something or do something from my phone, I get logged out and I need to log back in. For example, if I search on a job I get the result, but then when I try to click on the job I need to log back in.

This might be happening because of some changes in v3.1. We added a new feature to protect against certain security vulnerabilities, but might cause problems from mobile devices...

You can turn off this setting, and access from phones should be okay - here’s how:

1. As an administrator, go to Admin-> System Settings
2. Click on the Security tab on the left.
3. Click the Edit Security Settings…
4. Un-check the box for Lock sessions to the IP address from which they originated.
