How do you create a maintenance schedule with Job Tracker? Is there a list of instructions in the help section?
Answer
The best way to do this is to define the typical components of the Maintenance Program; Daily, Weekly & Monthly. Then create a Job Form for each of these routines. You will need to setup a Job Activity for the Piece of Equipment in the Job (example: PM - TBZ600 or CNC #1 etc.)
Once this is in place then you can create a Moraware Maintenance Job
- Add a Phase called Daily adding the appropriate Maintenance Activity and related Form
- Set the activity for the first date of the month and set status to Auto Schedule
- Create a Series (sufficient number of days to fulfill the month)Repeat #1 thru #3 for Weekly and Monthly - weekly you will only create four activities and set the dates (typically friday's) and then one for the monthly (typically one for the last day of the month)
