Question
When viewed in print preview, a packet picture is too large for 8.5x11 page format. Other pages in the packet (one jpg, one job form) are OK. The file in question was converted to jpg from pdf. That may be relevant or not. Is there a way to control the size for printing?
Answer
You can limit the size of images in the printable packets by specifying the maximum width of the jpg that you're attaching.
You can edit the max by going to the packet under the Edit Settings menu item, clicking on the image, and choosing Edit....
If you use 1-inch margins on each side of the image, you can make the max width 6.5 inches.
