Is there a way where a date from the Activity Phase can automatically populate a date field back in the Job Details? Not sure if the "link" function can link fields from one area to another.
I want an Estimate Time (date) that a job should be completed - which will be the first Activity in the Job Phase to auto populate a field in the Job Detail.

There's not a way to have Job Custom fields automatically populated. The "Link" data type is used to create a hyperlink to either a file on your local network or a web page.
If you want to have an activity date show up another place, probably the approach is to include that activity information on a job form. All of details of the activity are also available on the "Jobs" page.
