I'm attaching pictures to my quotes. When those turn into jobs, I want to print the image as part of the activity packet that I give to my shop. How?
Answer
You can add Quote Images to Activity Packets, here's how:
- Go to Calendar->Edit Settings
- Go to the Activity Packets section
- Double-click on the packet to Edit it.
- Click the Add button, and choose Attached Image File
- From the Type drop-down list, choose Quote Image File
- If you want to limit the picture to only print for certain activities, choose them from the Activity Types by clicking Select...
Click OK when you're done.
