When I go to Inventory Setting I don't have the "New Printable From" option to customize the label. How can I fix this issue?

You can customize inventory labels in version 2.4 of JobTracker (from June 24, 2008) and newer.
If you're current on maintenance, you'll receive all of the latest updates, hosting on our servers, access to the Moraware mapping service, and priority support.
