I am trying to customize our quote templates but can’t figure out how to delete a quote template that we do not want. Also, is it possible to edit a template we are currently using?
Answer
Quote templates are similar to quotes.
Modify them by clicking on the quote name and selecting View Quote….
Delete them by clicking on the quote name and selecting Delete.
To view all your quote templates:
- On your Quote page, click on the Options button
- Click on the Add Filter button
- Select filter type of Quote Field, select quote field Quote Type and then click in the check-box in front of Template
