Remove names from the list of salespeople

How do we remove names from the list of salespeople?

Answer

You either can inactivate or delete salespeople. If you want to keep the history of what those salespeople did in the past, I’d recommend just inactivating them. Here’s how:

1. Go Job->Edit Salespeople
2. Click on the name of an salesperson, and choose Edit Salesperson…
3. Check the box for inactive, then click OK.

If for some reason you want to completely remove everything about the Salesperson:

1. Go Job->Edit Salespeople
2. Click on the name of an salesperson, and choose Delete
