Question
The report we run on the number of quotes per month also counts the revisions we do on a quote, which skews our numbers. How can we modify the report to only count the number of quotes based upon the date the original quote was created?
Answer
Use the Created Date field instead of the Quote Date field to only count the original quote.
On your existing report, click on the Options button, then click on the Select button to the right of Measure and use the drop-down list to select Created Date.
