How can I search for an appointment?
Answer
Create a calendar view that displays appointments for 90 days. Selecting display fields of Job Name and Activity Notes will give you the Appointment Name and any notes you entered. Use your browser to find (CNTL + F) a text string on your page that is part of the appointment name or notes.
If you are using Appointment Categories you can also filter your Calendar view to only show specifc categories.
