Is there a way to view jobs that have been deleted? The 'change log' has saved my butt so many times, but there is no trace when a job is deleted.
We need a means by which we can go back and see every job that has been deleted.

Yes, you can find deleted jobs, but it might take a little work.
If the account still exists, you can look at the account change log to find evidence of deleted jobs.
If you're not sure where the job was originally, you can look at the entire change log and search for deleted jobs. Here's how:
- Click on any job, choose "View Change Log"
- In the change log, click on the name of any user and "View Change Log for ..."
- Click the "Options..." button on the User Change Log page
- Click the "Select..." button next to the user drop-down list and choose all users.
- You might want to increase the number of Events per page and number of days.
- Search through the list (using Ctrl-F helps) for the word Deleted
