Total number of slabs used in a period of time

Question

How do I run a report to show me number of slabs of a certain color was used, for example, in the month of June?

Answer

1. Go to Report > New
   • Report Type - Allocated Material
   • Report the - Total Allocated Product Quantity
   • Where - Activity Date
   • Occurs this - Month
   • Display type – select Bar chart or Table
   • Click OK to see the report (Defaults to current month. To see data for a different month, click Options and change reporting date.)
2. (Optional) - Click on the Options button to add a filter to limit the report to a specific product.
   • Filter type – Activity
   • Activity Field – Allocated Product
   • Select checkbox in front of product(s) and click OK
3. (Optional) – Click on the Select Fields to show totals for each color
   • Click on Allocated Product Variant
   • Click OK to see the report
4. Click the Save Report button and type in a name to save your report
