How do I run a report to show me number of slabs of a certain color was used, for example, in the month of June?
Answer
- Go to Report > New
- Report Type - Allocated Material
- Report the - Total Allocated Product Quantity
- Where - Activity Date
- Occurs this - Month
- Display type – select Bar chart or Table
- Click OK to see the report (Defaults to current month. To see data for a different month, click Options and change reporting date.)
- (Optional) - Click on the Options button to add a filter to limit the report to a specific product.
- Filter type – Activity
- Activity Field – Allocated Product
- Select checkbox in front of product(s) and click OK
- (Optional) – Click on the Select Fields to show totals for each color
- Click on Allocated Product Variant
- Click OK to see the report
- Click the Save Report button and type in a name to save your report
