How can I track the changes to a quote?
Answer
Create quote revisions to track changes to a quote.
- On the Quote Detail page click on the Freeze this revision button (located under the yellow area in the revision section) and type in a description such as “original quote”
- Click on the Edit Quote button (located under the yellow area in the revision section) and type your reason for editing such as “changing edge selections” and click OK
- This creates a copy of the original quote for you to edit while keeping the original quote unchanged.
To view previous revisions, click on the revision number
