Tracking appointments in multiple locations

Question

I have a separate fabrication shop in another location. I'd like to separate out the appointments for that location.

Answer

You can create an appointment category, then filter the view on the calendar.

1. Add appointment categories – (for example Showroom, Shop).
   1. Go to Calendar->Edit Settings
   2. Click on the Appointment Categories section
   3. Add a New Appointment Category… for Shop
2. Now create a filtered calendar view for Shop
   1. Calendar->View Calendar
   2. Click the Options… button
   3. Make sure that your Activity Types include Appointment.
   4. Click Add Filter…
   5. On the left, select Appointment Field
   6. Check the box next to Shop
   7. Click OK, OK
   8. Click Save View…
