When should I use a form set?
Answer
Job Form Sets enable you to add multiple forms to a job in one step, rather than adding each form individually. For example, when adding a job phase select the set of forms required for that phase.

An example I've seen is when you're adding a second room to a job, and for each room you have a work order, an install checklist, and customer sign-off sheet. Instead of adding 3 forms and risk forgetting one, adding the form set ensures you get them all.
