We are running into issues where users are accidentally deleting records. Is there was a way to view this record of deletion by user name?
Answer
Yes, you can view the change log for each user
Go to Admin > Users
Single-click on a user name and select View Change Log
You can then use your browser's find function (CNTL + F) to search for the word “deleted”
The default is to show the last 7 days in the change log but you can click on the Options button to change the number of days and number of events per page.
You can also modify the security roles to remove delete access from some users. Here’s more info on security roles - Creating Security Roles
