How do I find a list of the late activities?

You can create job views to look for those uncompleted activities. Here’s an overview of creating views: http://www.moraware.com/help/x/l4AJ

What you’ll want to do is add a filter based on the activity status and date. Here’s how to look for any late activity:
# In the menu, go to *Job -> View Jobs*
# Click the _Options…_ button
# Click the _Add filter…_ button
# By default, you’ll be looking at the job activity status.
## Select the activity types you’re looking for.
## Choose the time range – _before 0 days ago_
## In the status, choose _not one of Complete_
# Click *OK*, then *OK* again.

That will give you a view of the late activities.
