My personal favorite was the recap of MicroConf, since that’s a software conference that gave us new ideas on how we run our business. We posted that over half a year ago, and I’m happy that we’ve made some strides in hiring and building more internal tools to help systematize our business. I’m looking forward to more of both in 2013. And, even though I predicted that having a “virtual assistant” wouldn’t work for us, we’ve been using one to help with data-entry tasks.

I’m pleased by the number of CounterGo posts that were so popular. Two of those posts were related to the initial launch of CounterGo. Even though we did the launch over the course of months, we actually did a decent job of marketing via the web, email, and print. The other posts related to CounterGo were updates as we’ve added more features that our users are requesting.

It is really surprising that the RemnantSwap announcement is still so high on the list. We originally posted it at the end of 2010. I’ll need to do more research to figure out why that’s ranking so well in Google, and apply the lessons to more of our blog posts.

I hope you enjoy our most popular blog posts, we’ll keep working & writing!
