How much does Moraware cost?

Moraware publishes pricing directly on its site rather than requiring a sales call to see it, in keeping with a transparent, no-surprises approach to pricing. Current pricing by product is available on our pricing page.

Does Moraware offer a free trial or demo?

Moraware offers a live demo where the sales team walks through the software while discussing your shop’s actual process, rather than a generic pitch. A short video tour of CounterGo, our countertop drawing and estimating software, is also available on the site for a quick first look.

When is the best time to start using Moraware?

Most fabricators start with CounterGo, since it’s quick to get up and running and immediately cuts down the time spent building quotes. The earlier a shop adopts Systemize, the better — waiting until every process is fully mapped out isn’t necessary, and many smaller shops actually see more success starting early, since Systemize forces them to formalize and tighten up their process rather than working around the gaps. Inventory is typically added last, since it requires Systemize and is usually set up once a shop has completed Systemize onboarding.

How long does it take to get a shop up and running on Moraware?

Every Moraware customer gets guided onboarding, including help mapping the shop’s current process into the system and training the team. Timelines vary by shop size and which products are being implemented, which the onboarding team scopes during setup.

How do I purchase your software?

Our consultative approach starts with a short conversation on Zoom to confirm your needs. If our products are a good fit, our sales team can set up your account right away! Book time with our team.

Can I buy multiple products at the same time?

We have found that starting with one product at a time increases your chances of success. If you are new to Moraware, we typically suggest starting with CounterGo, then adding Systemize once your quoting process is up and running.

Why do I need to talk to sales?

Working with fabricators for over 20 years, we have found that the best way to ensure your success is to have a business conversation to understand your needs. If our products are a good fit, our sales team can help you create your account same day! This gives you a clear idea of what is needed to get started and helps you hit the ground running.

How does onboarding work?

You’ll be working with your own dedicated Onboarding Specialist, and you’ll have access to them for the first 8 weeks. They will get to know your business and goals so they can be a resource in these first few weeks to help you feel confident in your setup and quickly start seeing value.

Are there upfront costs or setup fees?

No. We do not charge implementation fees. Your subscription is purely month-to-month, and extensive onboarding and premium support are included to ensure you continue to get the maximum value out of your subscription.

The software runs on any phone, tablet, or desktop computer
Moraware’s tools are “web apps”. This means there’s nothing to install, just open your browser and get to work. You can use a desktop, laptop, tablet, or even your phone. All you need is an internet connection and your job information is there at your fingertips.

Moraware works in all English-speaking locations
All documentation and support is provided in English. You can also configure regional naming preferences such as changing “cooktop” to “hob”. You’re also able to select if you want to use the metric or imperial measuring system.

The software is built to be intuitive, you don’t need to be a “tech” person to use it
We’ll help you set your activity types, assignees, create your first job, review the calendar, set price lists, customize your forms, and develop best practices to ensure you feel confident with the software. This process usually takes three 45-minute Zoom calls to complete.
