Moraware is a Saas company that develops, sells, and supports the leading estimating and job scheduling software for countertop fabricators. What started out as a brotherly favor in 2002, is now a series of proven products that have helped thousands of growing countertop fabricators across North America, and the World.

We are a fully-remote team who share the same goal: to use our unique skills and knowledge to help fabricators take their businesses to the next level. From development to sales, to support, our team members are helpful, genuine, collaborative, and customer focused.

Find the right fit

We approach hiring differently than most companies. We don’t want to see your resume. There’s more to you than a single piece of paper. We ask that you send us your answer to the questions asked on our job descriptions. If we feel you’re aligned with the values, qualities and skills we’re looking for, we will give you a call.

Interview with the team

We look for employees who will jive with the entire team, not just the managers. So once you’re past the phone interview, you will have a series of zoom calls with our leadership team and other team members that you will interact with on a regular basis.

The final interview

The final stage of our hiring process is an in-person interview/walk-about/hike. We want to get to know the real you, and we feel the best way to do this is to invest a longer amount of time on the process. Whenever possible this includes a whole day of hanging out, a hike, or whatever activity we can think of that will help break down the barriers that typically come with an interview setting.
