Looking for a great place to work?
Moraware is a Saas company that develops, sells, and supports the leading estimating and job scheduling software for countertop fabricators. What started out as a brotherly favor in 2002, is now a series of proven products that have helped thousands of growing countertop fabricators across North America, and the World.
We are a fully-remote team who share the same goal: to use our unique skills and knowledge to help fabricators take their businesses to the next level. From development to sales, to support, our team members are helpful, genuine, collaborative, and customer focused.
Here at Moraware, we believe that quality of life is just as important as our bottom line. We want our lives to be high quality in and out of the office. For this reason we hire for character, as well as skill, and then reward all team members for their contribution with a competitive salary, generous vacation, profit sharing, 100% benefit coverage, and much more.
We work hard so that we can enjoy life to its fullest. Because quality of life is more than a day off! It is about enjoying the work you do and the people you do it with, remaining challenged and excited about your contribution, and then having the ability to step away and enjoy the other things that bring you joy.
If this sounds like the type of environment you could thrive in, you have come to the right place.

The Moraware Culture
These values reflect the way we approach our work. When these 6 things are true we believe we can be successful as a company.
Passion for Solving Business Problems
No matter what we’re working on, we focus our actions on solving business problems for our customers or ourselves.
Take the Long-Term View
We believe that the greatest possible business value will be realized when we optimize for the future, even if that comes with some short-term costs.
Focus on the #1 Priority
We scrupulously prioritize the most important work and are willing and able to say no to anything that jeopardizes our focus.
Make Incremental Improvements
We know that durable success is achieved through persistence and iteration, not big ideas or heroic efforts.
We work better together to solve problems. We make important decisions together, working independently when necessary to execute those decisions.
Say What You Think
We care about getting feedback and will ask for it proactively, always listening with an open mind.
What do we offer?
Most of us reside on the west coast but working remotely gives us the flexibility to work from just about anywhere. We’ll even get you set up with a home office that works best for you.
We want a great team and make sure each person is compensated well.
Because we value all parts of our lives in and out of the office, we offer four weeks of paid leave and a flexibility you can’t find in a traditional workplace.
100% of your healthcare benefits are covered. We also offer vision and dental.
Profit Sharing & 401k
Every team member contributes to Moraware’s success. That’s why we offer quarterly profit sharing. We also offer a matching 401k plan.
Being a remote team has its perks, like working in pajamas. But, connecting with your coworkers in person is a vital part of good communication and working collaboratively. For this reason, we make it a priority to get together once a quarter to work and spend some quality time.
Our hiring process
Find the right fit
We approach hiring differently than most companies. We don’t want to see your resume. There’s more to you than a single piece of paper. We ask that you send us your answer to the questions asked on our job descriptions. If we feel you’re aligned with the values, qualities and skills we’re looking for, we will give you a call.
Interview with the team
We look for employees who will jive with the entire team, not just the managers. So once you’re past the phone interview, you will have a series of zoom calls with our leadership team and other team members that you will interact with on a regular basis.
The final interview
The final stage of our hiring process is an in-person interview/walk-about/hike. We want to get to know the real you, and we feel the best way to do this is to invest a longer amount of time on the process. Whenever possible this includes a whole day of hanging out, a hike, or whatever activity we can think of that will help break down the barriers that typically come with an interview setting.
