Frequently Asked Questions

How to Get Started with Moraware

Do you have a free trial?

Moraware doesn’t offer a free trial. Instead, every prospective customer gets a live product demo with our sales team so you can see the software in action and ask questions specific to your shop before you buy. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or implementation fees, so if Moraware doesn’t end up being the right fit, you’re not locked in.

How do I purchase Moraware?

Buying Moraware starts with a short conversation and product demo with our sales team to confirm the software fits your shop’s needs. If it’s a good fit, our team can set up your account right away.

Can I buy multiple Moraware products at the same time?

You can, but Moraware generally recommends starting with one product at a time, since shops that roll out one product before adding the next tend to have a smoother implementation. Most new customers start with CounterGo for quoting, then add Systemize once their quoting process is running smoothly, and add Inventory when they’re ready to manage slab purchasing and tracking more closely. Your sales rep can help you decide the right starting point during your demo.

Why do I need a demo before buying?

A demo is the most reliable way to confirm Moraware matches how your shop actually works, and it’s an ideal time to walk through exactly what’s needed to get started so your team can hit the ground running. If it’s a good fit, our sales team can set up your account immediately afterward.

How does Moraware onboarding work?

Every new Moraware customer is paired with a dedicated Onboarding Specialist for their first 8 weeks. That person learns your business and goals, helps you map your existing process into the software, trains your team, and stays available as a resource while you get set up. Onboarding is included in your subscription at no additional cost.

Are there upfront costs or setup fees?

No. Moraware doesn’t charge implementation or setup fees. Subscriptions are month-to-month with no long-term contract, and onboarding and ongoing support are included at every plan level.

How much does Moraware cost? What is Moraware’s pricing model?

Moraware is sold as a month-to-month subscription with no long-term contract, no implementation fees, and no setup costs. Pricing depends on which products your shop uses (CounterGo, Systemize, Inventory) and your number of users, so the most accurate quote comes from a product demo with our sales team. View our Pricing Page (link) for most up to date prices.

How to Use Moraware

Do you offer free customer support?

Yes. Personalized onboarding, unlimited customer support, and access to an extensive knowledge base are included in every Moraware subscription at no extra cost — there are no support tiers and no add-on fees to reach a real person.

Is Moraware easy to learn and use?

Moraware is designed to be user-friendly, and every new customer gets free onboarding sessions built to help your team get up and running quickly, without needing outside training.

Do I need to install software to run Moraware?

No. Moraware is entirely web-based, so there’s nothing to download or install. It runs in any current web browser and works well on tablets such as an iPad or Surface with a 4G or LTE connection, so your team can use it in the office or on the shop floor.

Is Moraware an app?

Moraware isn’t a mobile app — it’s web-based software that runs in a browser on any device, including desktops, laptops, and tablets. That means you always get the complete software rather than a limited app version. Many customers prefer using a tablet, such as an iPad or Surface, for tasks like drawing a countertop layout that benefit from a larger screen.

Can multiple people on my team use Moraware at the same time?

Yes. Moraware is built for your whole team to use at once, so office staff, the shop floor, and installers can all be users and view and update the same job in real time.

Can I access Moraware from more than one location?

Yes. Because Moraware is entirely web-based, you can log in from any location with an internet connection — useful for shops running multiple locations or teams working from job sites.

Moraware Products & How They Work Together

What software does Moraware offer?

Moraware offers a software platform with three integrated products for countertop fabricators: CounterGo for drawing and quoting, Systemize for scheduling and job management, and Inventory for slab ordering and tracking. Each can be used on its own, but they’re designed to work together as one complete system covering a job from first quote to final install.

What is CounterGo?

CounterGo is Moraware’s drawing and quoting software. It lets fabricators draw, lay out, and quote a countertop job in minutes rather than hours, often right in front of the customer. It includes drag-and-draw drawing tools, a price list that calculates consistent pricing on every quote, and slab layout views that show customers their countertop mapped onto an actual slab.

What is Systemize?

Systemize is Moraware’s scheduling and job management software. When a CounterGo quote is ready to move to production, you can convert it to a job in Systemize for scheduling, collecting the job’s files digitally, and tracking its progress from the first template appointment through installation. It includes shared calendars for the office and shop floor, digital job packets (cut sheets, DXFs, signed waivers) attached to each job, and job tracking so anyone can answer “where’s my countertop?” without walking the shop floor.

What is Moraware Inventory?

Moraware Inventory is slab ordering and tracking software. It tracks purchase orders from order to receipt to consumption, assigns specific slabs to specific jobs, and tracks remnants so leftover material can be turned into new jobs instead of shop clutter.

How do CounterGo, Systemize, and Inventory work together?

CounterGo, Systemize, and Inventory share data so information is entered once and carries through the whole job. A quote built in CounterGo becomes a scheduled job in Systemize — no re-entry required. That job’s material needs tie directly into Inventory, so slabs are allocated to the jobs that need them and shops avoid selling the same slab twice or discovering a shortage on fabrication day. Together, the three products cover a job’s full lifecycle: quote, schedule, fabricate, install, and track materials.

Do I have to buy all three Moraware products, or can I start with one?

You can start with just one. Moraware typically recommends starting with CounterGo for quoting, then adding Systemize once your quoting process is running smoothly, and adding Inventory when you’re ready to manage slab purchasing and tracking more closely. Your sales rep can help determine the right starting point during your demo.

Integrations

What software does Moraware integrate with?

Moraware integrates with tools many countertop shops already use, including QuickBooks, Horus Software, Park Industries, Job Well Done, DataBridge, and SPEEDlabel. See the full, current list on the Integrations page.

Does Moraware connect to my accounting software?

Yes. Moraware integrates with QuickBooks, so job and invoicing data can flow between the two systems instead of being entered twice.
