Customer Success Manager

When it’s time to take a break from work, you’ll usually find me enjoying the many wonders the PNW has to offer: including hiking, chasing waterfalls or drinking a glass of Pinot Noir at one of the amazing vineyards that call the Willamette Valley home. But if I’m not out and about, I’m home spending time with my family, my cat and experimenting in the kitchen.



In my free time you can find me navigating rivers and lakes, cross country skiing, camping, hiking or reading a good book by the fire.

I look forward to talking to your teams and helping in any way that I can! 



When I’m not introducing our customers to the ins and outs of our products, I like to travel and take my little boy to visit museums, work on art projects together, or go outside to play at the park when it’s sunny.



Helping entrepreneurs  better their processes makes me excited to wake up everyday. When I’m not being the ultimate helper, you can find me creating unique floral arrangements, doing lots of DIY projects, hanging out with my husband and loving on my two doggies.



Working in customer support means that I can end each day knowing that I’ve helped someone, and I love that! I live in Vancouver, WA with my husband and two adorable, but fiesty, daughters. When I’m not working, I’m spending time at the park with my kids or playing video games with my husband.



What makes an onboarding guru? Here’s my recipe: a background in technical support and training at Adobe Systems, many years as a nonprofit executive and program developer, a healthy dose of federal grant-writing… fold in a degree in Philosophy and Formal Logic, add a dash of theatre… and voila! I love helping fabricators think through their processes and then find the best way to use Moraware to enforce their systems and solve business problems.



I love what I do because helping our customers solve their business needs with our products makes me feel like a superhero. Home base for me is Michigan, where I live with two real life superheroes, my kids, and some trusty sidekicks, our dogs, who love to tag along on our adventures.

In my free time I enjoy road trips and camping, snowboarding, hiking (and climbing trees), and my current challenge is to become less-terrible at surfing. At Moraware, I truly enjoy the company of our team, and look forward to meeting you and your team!

When I’m not helping our customers solve their business problems, I spend my time camping, hiking, cycling, and just about everything else “outdoors” with my wife, in and around Portland, OR where we live!



Being able to make our users’ lives easier with software and an incredible support team that’s dedicated to the success of all our users makes marketing at Moraware a dream job. Based in Portland, I’m usually found around town eating, laughing, hiking, or planning a trip!

I’m a software developer who has spent the last twenty years building software ranging from operating systems to email servers to social networks. When not coding I enjoy spending time with my wife and son and cheering on the Sounders!


Product Manager

My role in brief: Listen to our customers. Understand your needs. Turn your collective ideas into specific things that our developers can build that will help you build better countertop businesses. When I’m not working, I’m hanging out with my wife and son in Grand Rapids, MI … and I’ve run at least a mile every day since November 27, 2011.



I’m a software engineer by calling, but my beautiful wife and miraculously adoring children help me keep one foot in the real world. Whenever I manage to pull away from the computer, I enjoy playing the piano, biking, hiking and whatever Tivo has on-tap.



I happened to come across this opportunity at Moraware, and immediately appreciated the company’s values and goals. Here was a place where I could do the work I love, make a meaningful difference in the products, and apply a variety of web-based development skills – all with a smart, talented group of people. Finally, I found my first “real job” and I am very excited to be here.

I feel proud and humbled by how many shops use our scheduling and estimating software. When I’m not working or hanging out with my family, you can find me on the ski slopes near Bend, Oregon!
