How do I purchase your software?
Our consultative approach starts with a short conversation and product demo to confirm it meets your needs. If our products are a good fit, our sales team can set up your account right away!
How does your onboarding work?
You’ll be working with your own dedicated Onboarding Specialist, and you’ll have access to them for the first 8 weeks. They will get to know your business and goals so they can be a resource in these first few weeks to help you feel confident in your setup and quickly start seeing value.

How do I join an online meeting with Customer Support?
If you’re on the phone with Moraware sales or support, you may be asked to “join an online meeting”. Visit Zoom and enter the meeting ID that Customer Support gave you.
Do I need to install software to run Moraware?
No. Our software is completely web-based, so nothing needs to be downloaded or installed. Moraware runs in any current web browser and works well on tablets such as an iPad or Surface with 4G or LTE connectivity.
Is Moraware a mobile app?
Moraware is completely web-based, so no app is needed. Rather than accessing a limited version of the software via an app, you can pull up the complete software on any tablet, such as an iPad or Surface, with 4G or LTE connectivity.
My company is outside the U.S, will Moraware work for me?
We currently support customers based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Software, documentation, and customer support are only available in English. The software can be configured to reflect some regional naming preferences (splashback, upstand, hob, etc.) and metric measurements.
Are there upfront costs or setup fees?
No. We do not charge implementation fees. Your subscription is purely month-to-month, and extensive onboarding and premium support are included to ensure you continue to get the maximum value out of your subscription.
Account Management FAQs
I can't remember my login link. How do I sign in?
Each Moraware customer has a unique database to access their products. It will look like: yourcompanyname.moraware.net.
If you are having a hard time remembering it, here are some ways to find your url:
- Check the original welcome email
- Be sure to use “.net” instead of “.com”
- Email support@moraware.com
I can’t remember my password. How do I reset it?
On the login page for your company, you should see a Forgot Your Password link. Click that and enter your username and email address.
Note: If you do not see the Forgot Your Password link, either:
a) there is no email address specified for your user
b) your user security settings include “cannot change password”
If you do not have a Forgot Your Password link, you’ll need to ask one of your Administrative users to reset your password.
How can I get back into my system after I've been locked out due to repeated login/signing failures?
1. Wait 20 minutes until your user auto-unlocks
OR
2. Immediately unlock your user by doing a password reset. Click Forgot Your Password on the login screen.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription anytime without penalty. Just email us at support@moraware.com
How do I add a product to my subscription?

Can I pay for the year up-front?
No, we do billing on a monthly basis only.

Does Moraware support metric measurements and international currencies?
Yes. Metric units and international currencies can be selected during the initial setup.

Yes, QuickBooks integration is included for anyone who is using the most recent version of CounterGo.
Do Moraware products integrate with outside applications and systems?
A number of solutions have integrated with our products through our open API. Our support team can share platforms that are part of our tech ecosystem.
Does Moraware have software for cabinets?
At this time, Moraware is software made specifically for countertop fabricators and does not support usage for cabinets.
How does pricing work?
There are no contracts, no startup or cancellation fees, and unlimited support is included.
