Installation charges in CounterGo

by | Apr 25, 2014 | CounterGo

We just updated CounterGo to include an Installation Charge per square foot of countertop.

Installation Charge

The installation works the same way as the fabrication charge in CounterGo. But by default, the Installation is Disabled, which means you’ll need to edit your price list if you want to turn it on.

To enable the installation charge, click on the icon to the right of the Disabled text. Check the Enabled box, then click OK. When you do a new quote, you’ll see the installation as a separate line item.

Installation on quote

Since installation is a separate product from fabrication, you’ll be able to define whether it’s taxable and discountable. In the screenshot above, you’ll notice that installs are taxed, but fabrication isn’t.
