How to get started with Moraware
Do you have a free trial?
We don’t have a trial version of the software. During the sales process, we will walk you through a demo so you can see it in action. If the software doesn’t end up being the solution you thought it would be, there are no contracts, cancellation fees, or implementation fees that would hinder you from discontinuing your subscription.
How do I purchase your software?
Our consultative approach starts with a short conversation and product demo to confirm it meets your needs. If our products are a good fit, our sales team can set up your account right away! Book time with our team.
Can I buy multiple products at the same time?
We have found that starting with one product at a time increases your chances of success, but this is something that we can discuss during your product demo. If you are new to Moraware, we typically suggest starting with CounterGo, then adding Systemize once your quoting process is up and running.
Why do I need a demo?
We have found that the best way to ensure your success is to have a business conversation and show you the software before you buy. It’s also an ideal time to give you a clear idea of what is needed to get started, so you can hit the ground running. If our products are a good fit, our sales team can set up your account right away!
How does onboarding work?
You’ll be working with your own dedicated Onboarding Specialist, and you’ll have access to them for the first 8 weeks. They will get to know your business and goals so they can be a resource in these first few weeks to help you feel confident in your setup and quickly start seeing value.
Are there upfront costs or setup fees?
No. We do not charge implementation fees. Your subscription is purely month-to-month, and extensive onboarding and premium support are included to ensure you continue to get the maximum value out of your subscription.

Is the software easy to learn and use?
We have designed the software to be user-friendly and simple to use. Plus, our free onboarding sessions are designed to help you get up and running quickly and successfully.
Do I need to install software to run Moraware?
No. Our software is completely web-based, so nothing needs to be downloaded or installed. Moraware runs in any current web browser and works well on tablets such as an iPad or Surface with 4G or LTE connectivity.
Is Moraware an app?
Moraware is completely web-based, so no app is needed. Rather than accessing a limited version of the software via an app, you can pull up the complete software on any mobile device. Customers often prefer using a tablet for some functions like drawing a countertop layout that need a larger screen and use a device such as an iPad or Surface with 4G or LTE connectivity.

My company is outside the U.S, will Moraware work for me?
We currently support customers based in the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand. Software, documentation, and customer support are only available in English. The software can be configured to reflect some regional naming preferences (splashback, upstand, hob, etc.) and metric measurements.
Does the software support metric measurements and international currencies?
Yes. Metric units and international currencies can be selected during the initial setup.
Does Moraware have software for cabinets as well?
At this time, Moraware is software made for countertop fabricators specifically.
Where is Moraware headquartered?
We are a fully remote company with team members across the West Coast of the United States.
